Sizzling Sausage Special!!!

Want a tasty seasonal alternative to bangers & mash? why not make the most of our special sausage special offer and ring the changes with this warming version of a classic? Ingredients - Sausages, apples, leeks,onion, chilli flakes, Wocestershir Sauce, orange juice. METHOD - Brown sausages in a pan with a little oil. Add sliced onion and leeks. Core apple and cut into wedges and add to pan. Just cover with ornage juice and add a sprinkle of chilli flakes and a couple of table spoons of w. sauce. Transfer to oven and bake for about 1 1/2 hours at 180. Serve with a dollop of sour cream, mash and green veg. (Fresh, local vegetables can be bought within the Farm Shop!!)
